Throughout her career, Linda has successfully led numerous high-impact projects, utilizing her expertise in data analysis, spatial analytics (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS), design software, and comprehensive project management skills. Her strategic solutions, combined with effective stakeholder engagement, have significantly advanced transportation systems in the regions she has served.
